Kismet Socks

Here's a pair of socks that I finished this morning using Paton's Kismet in shade 380. It's a blend of 80% Acrylic and 20% Mohair and wonderfully soft when knitted up. I picked up two full 50g balls in a local charity shop last week for 50 pence and knew exactly what I wanted to turn them into.

This is only my second pair of socks and I'm rather pleased with them. Just hoping that I get a chance to wear them myself. My 12 year old son is modelling them here and hasn't taken them off since he tried them on this morning.

Love the colours. Hope you manage to get them back from your son!

Those are lovely! :) You did a great job on them. And like your son I love sitting aroudn the house in a nice pair of knitted socks... Im going to convert the other half here soon after I finish another pair for myself! :)
